Each Queml account operates in a fully isolated tenant. Your call data, recordings, flow configurations, and scripts are stored separately and are never accessible to other tenants. We do not share, sell, or combine tenant data across accounts.
Call recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users within your tenant. Recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. You may delete recordings at any time through the portal.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call detail records and recordings are retained according to your plan settings. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights through the portal or by contacting us at privacy@queml.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, tenant isolation, access controls, and regular security audits. All data is stored in secure, access-controlled infrastructure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the portal. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
